Interact with and educational in-servicing to anesthesiologists, surgeons, as well as critical care staff who are involved in clinical research of advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Partner with Product Management in downstream execution of go-to-market programs to ensure proper customer testing and validation of new technologies and products/solutions. Provide ongoing and actionable feedback to internal stakeholders (Product Management, Clinical Affairs, R&D, etc.) to continuously enhance market adoption and new solution offerings.
You are responsible for
In collaboration with internal stakeholders, design and execute required clinical evaluations (feasibility, pivotal and outcome) to validate value proposition for target market. Support anesthesiologists/intensivists in the conduct of intraoperative or intensive care unit hemodynamic clinical studies via a pulmonary artery or femoral artery thermodilution catheter. Support clinicians in capturing hemodynamic measurements and especially the response to interventions like fluid administration, vasoactive and inotropic medications and mechanical ventilation. Help train field personnel and clinical application specialists on the clinical value proposition of new hemodynamic products/solutions by demonstrating product during launch events Oversee clinical testing and validation of hemodynamic monitoring technologies, such as assessing workflows, delivering education plans, conducting clinical evaluations, supporting first customer use, optimizing use of novel solutions, and encouraging ongoing adoption. Represent internally the voice of clinical end users by spending significant time in the market with clinicians (up to 50%) and at high priority accounts, gaining a deep understanding of clinical workflow, delivery of care and unmet operational requirements.

The product marketing team. The goal is to ensure sufficient clinical data are available to support the overall efficacy and safety of products/solutions, allowing them to meet and exceed desired clinical outcomes that affect the cost, quality and delivery of care. You are involved in early technology testing at clinical sites, including design and management of appropriate clinical studies. Such studies are designed to ensure sufficient clinical data are collected to support product/solution development and validation, regulatory submissions, and overall go-to-market strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent (RN / MSN / CRNA); current nursing license 4+ years in-depth knowledge of the critical care environment (OR and/or ICU) At least 2 years in clinical research Deep knowledge of invasive hemodynamic monitoring techniques (e.g. PAC, PiCCO) Exceptional communication and presentation skills High comfort level with technology and nursing informatics concepts German language capabilities and willingness to re-locate to Germany Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, including internationally
